A New Era in Remote Testing!
One of the most awesome things CASAS did recently? They launched remote testing! It’s a game changer, you guys! Learners can take tests from home – so much more flexible and accessible. I mean, CASAS said it themselves, “remote testing is a game-changer for adult learners who may face barriers in accessing traditional testing centers,” and I totally agree! It’s less stressful, too. CASAS also came up with Reading STEPS, a new assessment tool. It’s designed to, like, really measure reading skills. It’s way more comprehensive than other tools, giving a much better picture of a learner’s abilities. It’s a big improvement! I’m so impressed!
